Every couple is entitled to a free of charge no obligation consultation meeting, I'll meet you when and wherever you require to discuss you hopes, dreams and concerns about your wedding day. I can offer advice and talk to you about how I can help you achieve the wedding of your dreams. All of the packages below can be made flexible to what you require.


 

Hourly Planner

This option is ideal for those couples who are getting married and want to do most things themselves but just need a helping hand in where to start. As an hourly paid wedding planner, I can be hired to help you put together a plan of action to assist you in planning your day yourself, such as listing required suppliers based on what you want there on the day so nothing is missed out. I can develop your thoughts for theme and colours into ideas using a portfolio of theme boards and if it's something your planning yourself I can also help you organise a fun fabulous hen or stag weekend using this package.
Price: (3 hour charge) £120



On The Day Planner

With me working as your day planner it allows you to concentrate on being the happy couple, this service allows you to enjoy the perfect wedding day you've been planning and working hard for and dreaming about for years.
 
I will meet with you both 4 - 6 weeks prior to your wedding day to discuss the suppliers you have chosen, your timing requirements and details of the day. From that I will put together a schedule for the day, if you haven't already done so.
 
On the wedding day I will come along first thing in the morning and I will discreetly operate in the background and oversee the day, speak to the suppliers, check all the details to ensure nothing is missed out and that things are running smoothly. I'll act as a point of contact for your guests throughout the day to answer queries and direct them to where they need to be, assist the photographer in finding relatives and if you wish I will also act as a toastmaster throughout the day, making any necessary announcements such as for the wedding breakfast and the bride & groom entrance.
I will be employed on the day for any amount of time you require me to be up to a maximum of 14 hours.
Price: £350



Partial Planning & Design

As your wedding day draws nearer, you may begin to feel suffocated with all the planning and pressure of contacting and coordinating all those suppliers. The final weeks before your wedding day are the busiest with all the final payments to make, fittings to attend, supplier consultations and transport to organise.

The build up to your special day should be an enjoyable time and I can help you enjoy it by overseeing the final arrangements. I can take over 2 - 4 months prior to your wedding day. I will liase with suppliers, gather emergency contact information for your bridal party, I will manage your invitation RSVP's recording any dietary requirements, song requests and ensuring this are adhered to on the day. I can go along to your venue the day before and set up the reception room with table decor or anything necessary. This package also includes on the day planning as above. 
Price: From £650 - dependant on your budget



Full Service Co-ordinator

As your full service co-ordinator, I will be there with you from the beginning to recommend suppliers, attend appointments on your behalf or accompany you on appointments to advise you and negotiate contracts. I will be keeping in regular contact with you to keep you at ease and stop the panic. I will also keep in contact with all of your suppliers to ensure things continue to run smoothly, following from that I will then schedule and supervise your wedding day.
 
This arrangement is best for couples who would like to still be involved in the planning and would like to design the look of the day themselves but would like a wedding planner to take over the majority of the arrangements and appointments so they can relax during the planning phase and fully enjoy their wedding day. This service does not include venue sourcing.
Price: 10% of your wedding budget (minimum of £1500 charge)



Event Producer

Planning a wedding is not easy, an average wedding  takes around 150 hours to full plan and for most couples it's daunting to look ahead and think when am I going to fit that around work, the kids or my already hectic, busy life. Trying to go it alone will involve hours upon hours of searching websites, frantic calls from work to check out arrangements, scheduling appointments and meeting with suppliers on your weekends off. What should be the planning of happiest day of your life becomes full of trouble and stress!
 
As your event producer, I can create the entire look for your special day with as little or as much input as you wish to include.
Working to your budget, I will help you find your dream venue, I'll meet with all vendors on your behalf and become your point of contact for the planning process. I'll take into consideration your style and taste and you entrust me with complete control of planning your wedding. I can do everything from invitation management and collecting RSVP's to organising stag/hen parties, every detail will be taken care of to ensure you have the perfect day. I will schedule and manage the wedding day schedule and be there on the day for you and your guests.

This arrangement is best for couples who don't have a lot of time to plan their own wedding and want to entrust a professional to create their special day. This pacakge does not include venue sourcing.
Price: 15% of wedding budget (minimum charge of £3000)
